We've fought off every authoritarian movement this country has ever faced.
We will fight this one, too, and we will win.
Protests are making a difference! Be in touch with organizers where you live, and show up! Bring your friends. Momentum is important, and each protest needs to be bigger than the last. Tuesdays, noon–1, Resist Tyranny on the Plaza with Socorro Indivisible;

Fridays, 5 PM with the Socorro County Federation of Democratic Women at the intersection of Bullock and California.

There's been some interest in doing regular highway overpass protests in Socorro, over I-25. Click here if interested.

Tell them Trump and Republicans passed a big ugly budget bill that benefits the ultra wealthy and sticks it to the rest of us. It cuts funding for health care, Medicaid, SNAP benefits, housing and small business. On top of that, Trump's illegal tariffs are raising prices for all of us.
